No good news, this week. Unfortunately all our attention is still on the follow-up of the terrible earthquake that disrupted the Philippines two days ago. Of course you cannot always prevent a natural catastrophe, but you surely can be as active and ready as you can in the aftermath. The earthquake has been disruptive, however a quick response to limit the damages can save many lives and make the ones of the survivors at least, bearable.
The government has declared the state of calamity, while the aftershocks go on and the population is in terror. Obviously no home is safe now, and the people suffers for the lack of basic things: food, a shelter and medical assistance, while a growing number of corpses, found under the collapsed building, is frightening the local authorities.
